NYCFC stumbled in New England on Sunday, but that’s nothing new. NYCFC has only one win and one draw in their five previous trips to Gilette Stadium. The 2-0 loss to the would keep NYCFC from earning the first place spot in the eastern conference, but only for a short time as Columbus Crew would pitch in and defeat Philadelphia securing the number one spot and home field for New York up through the MLS Cup Final.

That drama all unfolded in real time as the players watched huddled in the Gilette locker room. This week Mike, Jon and J.R. look at the two games from this week.
