Jon and Mike discuss that game and start to look at the 2016 roster.  They also discuss the coaching rumors.  After that there is an interview with NYCFC center back, Jason Hernandez.

The episode wraps up with a discussion on the playoffs and some parting words from a few of the NYCFC first team.

Episode 43: Popping the Bubble on NYCFC Originals

Ep 43:

Since being eliminated from the playoffs head Coach Jason Kreis has to be between two minds.  First he has to get a last look at some of the bubble players, second he wants to win games.

Friday in Orlando at least he accomplished one of the two objectives.

In this episode Jon and Mike don’t talk about the game as much as they discuss some season defining performances.  After that they talk with Jillian Vanek from NYCFC State of Mind Blog.  As always, we close with your comments and questions.

Episode 42: Life After the Playoffs

Ep 42:

So it’s official, NYCFC were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention with Montreal’s win over Colorado.  Jon and Mike discuss what they would like to see now that the team is out of the playoffs.

Then we discuss the USMNT loss to Mexico and what that means to Jurgen Klinsmann.  We also react to some breaking news that emerged while we were recording.

Episode 41: Making History in the Final Chapters

Ep 41:

NYCFC continue to write their own history books, with Frank Lampard scoring the earliest goal in club history, but sadly, that occasion was part of a disappointing loss for the team.

Mike and Jon recap the game from Friday, then we talk with Ryan Wallerson from SI.com.  As always, we share your thoughts and perspective.
